Diagnostics

The Diagnostics feature is designed to assist in troubleshooting issues reported by the user. It is recommended to include the diagnostics file when requesting support.

The Diagnostics file will collect various information about the system including: logs, system/network command outputs, stream status, configuration and license/version details.

Generate Diagnostics

Click on the Generate Diagnostics Dump button and a confirmation window will appear.

After the Diagnostics dump has been created it will automatically download to the users local computer.
