Installation
The installation process for the NETINT Quadra VPU has been designed to be simple and easy. After installing the required OS dependencies, you need to install the libxcoder to enable and monitor the VPU application, followed by an application that can access the cards for video processing. NETINT supports both FFmpeg and GStreamer.
Optionally the firmware on the card may need to be upgraded, depending on your deployment option you may need to contact your provider.
The following VPUs are supported by the Quadra Release package and Public Repos:
- Quadra T1M
- Quadra T1U
- Quadra T1A
- Quadra T2A
Install libxcoder
Libxcoder can be installed with the provided quick installer script or with using the libxcoder repo available on github
Install a Supported applicatin
FFmpeg
FFmpeg can be installed with the provided quick installer script or with using the FFmpeg fork
GStreamer
GStreamer can be installed with using the provide instructions
Firmware
The firmware on the card may need to be upgraded, depending on your deployment option you may need to contact your provider.
