Create Offline Session (from filepath)

/api/v3/transcoding/from_filepath

Creates an offline encoding session with the provided configuration. Recommended for large files. The body is a JSON object. input_filepath is the full path to the source file and must start with /mnt. name is required. output_file.path is an absolute path that must start with /mnt. For mkv and mp4 it must include the file name, and the extension must match the format. If a ladder template is used, the first output uses the provided path and name and the extra outputs are placed in indexed subfolders. For hls it is the directory where master.m3u8 will sit, and it must be empty. Do not use the reserved directory names 'to-be-PP' and 'subs'. Existing files are never overwritten.
