Get Offline Session Health Report

GET 
/api/v3/transcoding/health_report

Retrieves the health status summary of all offline encoding sessions. The report includes total count of sessions, number of running sessions (actively processing), queued sessions (waiting to start), failed sessions (with serious issues), and stopped sessions (manually stopped).
