Get Template Usage

GET 
/api/v3/template/:template_id/usage

Lists live streams and offline transcoding tasks that reference a template. scope=all (default) includes every status; any reference blocks deletion. scope=update includes only active or disconnected live streams and offline tasks that already started (running, stopping, completed, post-processing), i.e. sessions that keep their current settings until restarted. count_only=true returns only live_session_count and offline_session_count, with empty session lists.
