Get an aggregate dashboard snapshot

/api/v3/aggregate/dashboard

Returns combined hardware and session health for connected servers. Omit location_id to include every connected server; when supplied, the selected location and all descendant locations are included. bitstreams_id can further restrict the request to servers in that scope. Device rows include bitstreams_id and server_name ownership metadata so results remain identifiable after aggregation. If some servers cannot be queried, data from successful servers is returned and meta.warnings contains one entry per failed server. A requested server that belongs to the scope but is not connected is reported in meta.warnings instead of being queried. If every selected server fails, err_code and err_message report the complete failure and meta.warnings contains all server failures.
