Create a Pull Stream (DASH/HLS Input)
Configure Input
This example will use an HLS input that can easily be substituted for a DASH input.
If a live streaming session is already running on Bitstream, then the HLS output from that can be used as a test input source for a pull stream.

Select the "Pull Streaming" option in the Bitstreams Console, located on the left hand side.

The Pull Streaming interface is now shown, click the blue Create New Task button.

The next window will allow configuring a pull stream session.

- Enter the input HLS URL into the Input URL box.
- Create a name for the stream, "Example-HLS-Input" was used here.
- Select a Template for the output stream. The
default-h265template was used here. - Select an Output Format to continue:
