Check live session names across servers

/api/v3/aggregate/streams/name_check

Checks up to 100 live-session names on connected servers. location_id selects a location and all descendants; bitstreams_id can further restrict the request to servers in that scope. Omit both to query every connected server. Each conflict maps a requested name to all owners, identified by bitstreams_id and server_name. Results are not paginated. If some servers cannot be queried, conflicts from successful servers are returned and meta.warnings contains one entry per failed server. If every selected server fails, err_code and err_message report the complete failure and meta.warnings contains all server failures.
