Renew Bitstreams enrollment certificate

/api/v3/enroll/renew

Renews an enrolled Bitstreams client certificate when the Bitstreams server is connected. Optional cert_duration_days: omitted or 0 keeps the enrolled value; otherwise must be 1–30. Renewal establishes a new secure connection with the new certificate, so the existing connection to the Bitstreams server is briefly taken down during the renewal process.
