Resolve templates across servers

/api/v3/aggregate/templates/resolve

Resolves up to 100 unique server-owned template references. location_id selects a location and all descendants; bitstreams_id can further restrict the request to servers in that scope. Every reference must identify a server in the resolved scope; references owned by a server in the scope that is not connected are reported in meta.warnings. Results are keyed by "bitstreams_id:template_id" and include bitstreams_id and server_name ownership metadata. Results are not paginated. If some references cannot be resolved, templates from successful requests are returned and meta.warnings contains one entry per failed reference. If every reference fails, err_code and err_message report the complete failure and meta.warnings contains all failures.
